Committee Meeting

Pinmoor Children’s Centre

Present

Elaine Naylor, Heather Rushforth, Lesley Cannon, Gillian Lacy, Stuart Turner, Mandy White, Julie Grice Suzanne Fennell Jayne Harris.

 Apologies

Rosemary Westmoreland, Lynn Hanson, Gemma Smith, Janice Brooke, Elaine Teece and Kath Webster.

 Minutes of the last meeting were read and agreed.

 Matters Arising

Stuart to check website, and thanked all the childminders that turned up for the Barnardo’s Big Toddle.  Get the flyers up to date and put them on the website, notice boards of groups/centres and give out at ICP possibly.

Chairs Situation.

Kath Standing as Stuart is Chair in waiting.

 Meeting with Early Years Team.

Stuart and Kath attended the meeting with the now Childcare and marketing development team, Judy had retired due to Ill health and Angela Briggs is taking on her role.  The team are currently going through transition at the moment but are looking to review the ICP as a whole, Kelly and Anna are happy to work with WDCMA.

 Treasurers Report

£1,298.04 Blacker’s still to take £193.40

Stuart would like to do a meeting somewhere else sometime in October.

1^st Oct in Knaresborough, charge is £10 at Knaresborough House, booking forms will be coming shortly and may be put on the website.
